In-Kind Donations

We are grateful to our generous donors who provide needed items for Christ House patients. In order to make the best use of our limited storage space and to ensure that patients have access to clothing and toiletries that they most urgently need, we have created the in-kind donation policy detailed below:

Christ House believes in providing all items in a condition that acknowledges the dignity of the individual receiving the item. Therefore, we only accept donations of brand new items with the exception of men’s sneakers, which can also be gently used. We believe our patients deserve the best and hope you will consider the message your donation sends to those receiving your items.

Donations are only accepted: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM

Our offices are closed on all federal holidays. If you have any questions regarding in-kind donations, please call (202) 328-1100 to verify that we can accept your donation.

Please take a look if you’d like to help put a smile on a patient or Kairos Member’s face this winter. If you have any questions about in-kind gifts for the holiday season, please reach out to Shaina Alves.
