Give by credit card or ACH. You can make a one-time gift, a recurring gift, or a tribute gift via our online donation processor, Classy, using the link above. On Classy you can donate via credit card or bank transfer. Sign up for monthly giving here.

Give a Tribute. Each year, friends of Christ House choose to honor a special occasion, person, or the memory of a loved one by giving and inviting others to give to Christ House. Donors receive a thank you letter and the tribute will receive an automatic notification if their email is provided.
If you are asking for donations to Christ House in lieu of birthday or graduation gifts, or in lieu of memorial flowers, please notify our development office so we may notify you of all gifts received.
Host your own fundraiser
Organize a fundraiser through Facebook for your birthday, wedding or other milestone; host a Zoom workout class; or run a race while supporting us. There are many ways you can fundraise for us – reach out to development@christhouse.org for any questions or ideas you may have.
Donate appreciated stocks, bonds or mutual funds. By donating stock instead of selling it, you may be able to deduct the full market value and avoid capital gains tax. In most cases, ownership of your assets can be electronically transferred. Our broker is Mr. Skip Moosher with Morgan Stanley at (202) 857-5423. To donate stock, please email development@christhouse.org.
Consider the strategy of bunching your gifts. By combining two or three years’ worth of gifts into one year, itemizing may become advantageous.
Federal Employee Giving Program/Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). The CFC gives federal workers, retirees, and government contractors an efficient, cost-effective, and employee-focused opportunity to support the causes closest to their hearts. During the campaign season, you may designate Christ House as a recipient of your contribution by using CFC Number 34256 or United Way of the National Capital Area Designation 8385.
Make an IRA distribution. If you are 70½ or older, you may make a gift to Christ House directly from your IRA to satisfy part or all of your required minimum distribution (RMD) for the year.
