It was a lovely day (shout-out Willie who sang the Bill Withers classic) as the Christ House community gathered for our first annual Pastries for a Purpose event at The LINE Hotel in Adams Morgan! We enjoyed delicious treats, fantastic talent, and lots of laughs as we celebrated Christ House’s legacy of healing and hope.
A huge shout-out goes to our Ambassadors, an excellent team of volunteers who worked tirelessly to pull off such an incredible community event. All proceeds for the night went directly to support Christ House’s mission. A special thank you to everyone who donated pastries and/or performed. See you at the next one!
