We welcome your referrals for intake to Christ House. You can refer yourself, a loved one, or a patient. We serve patients who are:
- Currently experiencing homelessness in the DC area
- Male-identifying
- Age 18 or older
- Need assistance with one or more acute medical issues, including but not limited to:
- Wound care
- Recent or upcoming surgery or procedure(s)
- Uncontrolled chronic disease such as Type 2 Diabetes
- Undergoing cancer treatment
- Orthopedic (bone) injuries
- Independent with activities of daily living (mobility, dressing, bathing, etc)

In your referral, include the patient’s name, date of birth, reason for referral and your contact information. Someone from our intake team will reach out to you to follow-up shortly.
Prospective patients are welcome to walk-in any weekday morning to meet with our Clinical Support Manager.
