Councilmember Nadeau with Christ House staff and Kairos Program members
On June 12th, we welcomed DC City Councilmember Brianne Nadeau on her first visit to Christ House. Councilmember Nadeau represents Ward One, where Christ House is located. She met staff and patients and received a tour of Christ House and Kairos House from co-founder Janelle Goetcheus. She also sat down with Kairos Program members to discuss their journeys to Christ House and the importance of affordable housing, one of the Councilmember’s priorities. We are thankful for the Councilmember’s visit and advocacy for her constituents and the entire city.
