Why should you give during the Fall Matching Challenge? We asked William, who has been a patient at Christ House for 4 months, for his thoughts on this question and this is what he said:
“I hope that people help Christ House by donating, because Christ House has helped me. That’s something at the bottom of my heart that I really believe. Christ House is a blessing, because I have a lot of help. Now I’m happy. I’m all right. My health needs are met. I’m a completely different person. I came in this place angry, but I’m not angry anymore. Coming to Christ House is the best thing that ever happened to me!”
There are only 13 more days left to give during the Fall Matching Challenge. Until October 31st, all donations up to $200,000 will be matched by a group of Christ House partners. As of today, we have reached $154,005.40—that leaves $45,994.60 that we still need to reach our goal of $200,000. There really is no better time to donate if you want to maximize your impact.
