A note from Christ House Co-founder and Medical Director, Janelle Goetcheus:
Dear friends,
I have some important news to share with you. After 30 years of service as President of Christ House, Allen Goetcheus has resigned from his administrative duties to fully focus his time as Pastor and Director of Spiritual Life. Christ House is so blessed to have Lizzie Bebber serve as the new Executive Director/CEO, assuming all administrative responsibilities for Christ House. Lizzie is graced with many gifts, including wonderful leadership and administrative talents. I will continue on as Medical Director of Christ House. During this time of transition, we thank you for all that you give to ensure that this mission continues. Please know it is you who sustains Christ House.
A note from our new Executive Director, Lizzie Bebber:
It is a joy to be called into the position as Executive Director of Christ House! I fell in love with the Christ House mission many years ago because of the deep commitment to service and care that I witnessed here. At Christ House, we have the privilege of participating in hope and healing that brings about significant changes in the lives of those we serve.
I’m truly grateful for the host of volunteers, staff, Kairos members and donors who have supported and sustained our mission for the past 30 years. As we look ahead, it is my prayer that we will continue to provide high quality, holistic medical care to individuals who are homeless and sick, for as long as the need is there. Thank you, again, to all of those who make it possible for us to provide these services to some of the most vulnerable in our city.
Gratefully,
Doye Wood says
God bless you and your family as you assume your new duties, Lizzie. I’m sure there are many rewards as well as a few difficulties that accompany this job. Hugs to you – Doye Wood
Lizzie Bebber says
